Official Rules:
No purchase is necessary to enter contest. Must be homeowner. Need not be present to win. Must accept an in-home appointment, with all home-owners present. Only one entry allowed per household. Winner will be drawn on and notified on October 15th, 2009.

Winner will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or registered mail. Winner may not transfer prize to any other person. The awarded prize must be installed at the address shown on the entry form. There is no cash value for this prize. Winner must be a resident of Washington or Oregon. Any and all taxes due will be the responsibility of the winner. Contest is not open to James Robert Construction, LLC employees nor their families. Incomplete or incorrect entry forms will result in disqualification of contestant.

Winner hereby agrees to the use of their name(s), photos of their house and personal photos for promotional purposes. Odds are based on the number of entries received. There is no obligation to purchase anything whatsoever.

To receive a copy of the winner's name by mail after 10/16/09 send a separate stamped, self-addressed envelope to James Robert Construction, LLC.
